The service is provided "as is" without guarantees of uptime, availability, or accuracy of the generated content. The generated PDFs are intended for personal and professional use only.

User Responsibilities

By using Stepstack, you agree to:

1. Provide Accurate Information: You must provide a valid email address to access your generated PDF.
2. Lawful Use: You will only submit video URLs that you have the right to access and that do not violate any applicable laws or third-party rights.
3. No Misuse: You will not use the service to generate content that is illegal, harmful, defamatory, obscene, or otherwise objectionable.
4. No Unauthorized Access: You will not attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the service, other accounts, computer systems, or networks connected to the service.
5. No Interference: You will not interfere with or disrupt the service or servers or networks connected to the service.
6. Compliance with Laws: You will comply with all applicable local, state, national, and international laws and regulations.

Intellectual Property

Stepstack's Intellectual Property

The Stepstack service, including its website, design, logos, trademarks, and all software, text, graphics, and other content provided by Stepstack, is the property of Stepstack and is protected by intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of our service or included software, nor may you reverse engineer or attempt to extract the source code of that software.

Your Content

You retain ownership of any video URLs you submit to the service. By submitting a video URL, you represent and warrant that:

1. You have the right to use and submit the video URL.
2. The video content does not infringe upon any third-party intellectual property rights.

Generated PDFs

The workflow PDFs generated by Stepstack are provided for your personal and professional use. You may not redistribute, resell, or commercially exploit the generated PDFs without express written permission from Stepstack.

Disclaimer of Warranties

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, STEPSTACK DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

1. Implied Warranties: Implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
2. Accuracy: Any warranty that the service will meet your requirements or that the generated PDFs will be accurate, complete, or error-free.
3. Availability: Any warranty that the service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free.
4. Results: Any warranty regarding the results that may be obtained from the use of the service.

You acknowledge that you use the service at your own risk and discretion.

Limitation of Liability

This includes but is not limited to:

1. Loss of profits, revenue, data, or use.
2. Costs of procurement of substitute goods or services.
3. Any damages arising from your use or inability to use the service.
4. Any damages arising from any content obtained from or through the service.

IN NO EVENT SHALL STEPSTACK'S TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL DAMAGES EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO STEPSTACK, IF ANY, FOR ACCESSING THE SERVICE DURING THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS IMMEDIATELY PRECEDING THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM.

These limitations apply regardless of the legal theory upon which the claim is based, whether Stepstack has been advised of the possibility of such damages, and whether any remedy fails of its essential purpose.

Termination

Termination by Stepstack

Stepstack reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to the service at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice, for any reason including but not limited to:

1. Violation of these Terms of Service.
2. Conduct that Stepstack believes is harmful to other users or the service.
3. Discontinuation of the service in whole or in part.

Effect of Termination

Upon termination:

1. Your right to access and use the service will immediately cease.
2. Stepstack may delete any data associated with your use of the service.
3. All provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnification, and limitations of liability.

Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Stepstack operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms of Service or the use of the service shall be resolved through binding arbitration or in the courts of competent jurisdiction, as determined by Stepstack.
